The real effective, tried and tested way to keep fit and healthy is still good old fashioned exercise. It is not as tempting, as easy and as fast as weightloss pills promise, but the advantage of doing it the old fashioned way of eating healthy food and exercising regularly is a guaranteed effective way to get the dream body that you have craved for years and keeping yourself healthy as an ox.
